Ok place. First, the negatives. The apartment looks NOTHING like the ads. It is really pretty dirty in a way that implies a lazy cleaning staff and no active management. There were dirty cooking utensils, a dirty ashtray, shelves in the bedroom that are thick with dust (guessing short cleaning staff can’t see it), dust and hair that you see when you close bedroom doors but can’t see when the doors are open, the kitchen table surface is all chipped up, the walls need paint. The positives: we when we complained about the condition of the apartment, they did respond very quickly and apologetically, removing dirty kitchen stuff and giving us some treats. Also, the custodial man came very quickly when we told them the shower wouldn’t drain. Also, the location is good. At least for our apartment, management needs to invest in a paint job, a new kitchen table, and to really clean the place and then keep a good cleaning regiment in place. Finally, I’d note the 5 star reviews seem to mostly come from a few years ago, when the place was newly done.

9/10 - Very friendly and helpful landlady and security guard. Great location and very quiet. Bed can be hard (it was fine for me but it was too hard for my apt mate .. you can request a foam topper if needed). Good cleaning service, loved the crisp white bed linens.
