We came slightly earlier but Mr Huy was very accommodating and allowed us to checked in early. The staffs were very friendly and made the whole check-in very smooth. The apartment was huge and completed with a kitchen and washing machine and dryer. It made it feel very homely. Everywhere is assessable if you’re able to walk but if not, taking taxis/grab isn’t that hard either. Able to get easily and they’re always reaching within 2-3mins. There are a lot of local shops nearby, or side shop restaurants (non-halal). Halal options are still within radius of less than 5km. The view is amazing eventhough the highest is only 8th floor. Due to the location of the place which sits on top of the hill kind. Other than that, a definite recommended stay for families.

Nice and spacious apartment. Our family of 4 stayed over in the 1-bedroom apartment and the price was extremely reasonable; there was no extra charges unlike other hotels and accomodations in the area. I will definitely recommend this apartment and return if I have a chance. I highly recommend this apartment, and I will definitely return if I come to Dalat again.

The apartment is quite well equipped with furniture and amenities (basic stove and cooking utensils, microwave, washer dryer, air conditioner...), quite clean, suitable for small families who like to cook for themselves. View depends on the apartment, high floor apartments overlooking Xuan Huong Lake are the most beautiful. The minus point is that because it is a compact apartment, the kitchen and laundry room will easily cause odors because they do not have good ventilation. The parking lot is a bit tight, the fee is 50k/night not included in the room price. The apartment I lived in just now overlooked the MerPerle hotel that was being built next door and was boring. In addition, the door to the balcony could not be locked, the curtains fell down as soon as I pulled them, and the base of the pillar in the bedroom was covered in warts. A bit unsightly, the TV only has internet to watch YouTube... those who rent should clarify their requirements with the landlord in advance to get a reasonable price and meet their needs.
