Value of money hotel. Room facility is good, clean and no smell in general. Except water leakage in the toilet but hotel change room after cannot fix for 2 days. City view was under advertisement level. Sky bar at Top Floor was closed. Crispy bacon is one of the best breakfast menu. Service is under level thought service mindset staff. Big disappointment on the hotel refuse to accept credit card without prior notice as booking confirmation had done via credit card. Need to withdraw cash (with overseas cash withdraw from local cash machine nearby).

The hotel is modern and clean, we slept very well in comfortable beds with no noise at all from the street. Indeed there are many things which should / could be improved : 1. We were served smelly towels to clean our hands upon check in 2. Our room was smelling cigarettes and we had to ask for a new one 3. Internet speed was at 0.11 mb/s 4. The brand new TV was 100% in Chinese and not usable 5. It was cheaper to book online than to pay directly to the hotel 6. The fridge was off when we arrived in the room and after one night on, the fridge was still very hot. Useless

Very nice hotel, operated by Chinese and 80%+ Chinese guests. However, everyone was very kind and helpful even we were Western guests and reception spoke good English. The place is new and well maintained and it really is a bargain for the nightly rates. A similar place like that would be double in most other cities in SEA and quadruple in any Western metropole. Only minus was the fridge, which did not cool at all. All else was excellent.

Stayed in this hotel for two days (british female) with my boyfriend (chinese male). The hotel is in an okay location but I recommend as a woman that if you are a woman you don’t stay here. On my second night I got my period and left a tiny blood stain on the sheets just was a scrape on the surface of the sheets that would have come out with one wash but they charged me 5 dollars for this. As women often it is unpredictable when our cycle comes and i’ve stayed in over 200 hotels due to the nature of our work- this is the first one that ever had this policy. If you are a woman that can’t calculate the exact hour of your cycle 😂don’t stay here!
