Booking thru Expedia was the worst. First know that this is not a hotel. This is a series of rental apartments whose managers are incompetent at worst and neglectful at best. No contact was made by any "staffers" to inform us on how to get into the building, much less the room we rented. There was no front desk at the property just an empty table with two phones and what I assume was an intercom. I tried contacting the phone numbers contained on the signage both outside on the door and on the desk but both were disconnected. We had to go to a real hotel next door and try three different numbers to no avail. Finally had Expedia contact someone but still couldn't get the code for the room we rented. At this point I want to warn everyone traveling to Lisbon to stay away from this property. Give your business to the Meriprime Gold hotel right next door their way more professional and actually have staff in person to help you.

I would have given 5 stars if there had been the towels we requested for showering. For the rest everything was fine, excellent price, location too, I absolutely recommend it!
