This was a really lovely place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host Ian was wonderful, very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. The other people staying there were all nice, creating a lovely home from home. We would highly recommend this place and happily stay there again.

I stayed here for just over 3 months and I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed it. The self catering unit had everything I needed including a bar fridge and mini-kitchen setup. There is a high speed WiFi connection and the most stunning garden in the back. The owner is an awesome, friendly man and very accommodating. I will definitely be recommending this property to those in my circle going forward!!

I have just arrived today to a very freindly Ian. Very neat cozy and tidy. With luscius garden in sight. Parking though inside is maybe a little bit of a challenge for me. But that's my opinion.

After relocating from Onrus and spending 3 months looking for furnished accommodation in Durbanville we spent 5 weeks in this beautiful and peacefull unit. The Landlord made us feel welcome and at home and the garden and the rustic ambiance was everything we needed. We can really recommend this home from home accommodation for short or longer stays. The owner Ian van Rijn is a wonderful host who really cares for all his guests.

Parking problems as we arrived, no covid regulations folliwed, except mask. Nice spacious self catering unit but outdated and not clean at all. Place is situated in lovely quite area in Durbanville, lovely tranquil gardens, but price per unit does not justify the outdated not cleaned place. Shower has bkack mildew in groating and the water takes forever to flow away, so u stand in dirty water. Under bed old labels abd dust.
