Lobby looks very nice. Rooms are dated but bathroom is clean and bed comfortable. Room door is very thin and lets in hallway noise. But all in all very good value for the money. I would stay again.

The exterior looks exceptional. Wished they put more effort in the interior. The room wasn't that bad, mine had no smell and hot water, Aircon are all working. The wifi is exceptional weak and almost non-existent. Thus the 3* review for the room. For the price and location it's certainly in the 5* rating range. Breakfast was at 730, usually it should start at 7. There is only one staff to cook and there is already a queue before 730. There is only one kettle and hot water disappear fast with so many hungry guests. Was given two food coupons which gives two portion of khad tom (rice porridge) which was in a big portion and filling. 2 pieces of bread toasted but with only one staff who is busy cooking the porridge and handling them out, service was slow.

Very clean, comfortable room, nice bed and bathroom. Good air-con. God stuff. And what is unique foe Thai hotels - very good TV channels with English, French and German programms. Just don't expect to have a real breakfast, better buy some food in 7/11.

Beautiful, currently being renovated (March 2019) hotel. Will be very hi-so when completed. Walkable distance to the old bus terminal, a little far, but walkable distance to Big C. Clean room with mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. The toilet handle was broken, and I would assume during renovations many bits and pieces are waiting to be repaired. Pre-renovation the hotel was called Royal Place Hotel, new name is AVA but our taxi drivers only knew it as Royal Place.
