Had a delightful time. Hotel had large beautiful rooms with an amazing view especially on the 4th floor. Lots of light and can see the ocean and sunset. Also an excellent restaurant on site with great room service. Right by the beach which is great for a day of just lounging. Also has a beautiful pool with seating all around it. Cons: the water pressure in the shower is pretty anemic. Also lot of the furnishings are a bit on the old/used side. And lots of mosquitos … but that’s probably just unavoidable. Overall good value and enjoyed my stay.

I just loved this place and the hospitality hotel staff brings in with a smile on their face everyday. I would definitely say I did find few flaws like less Indian friendly breakfast buffet items but they got all overcome because of the place and how well they have maintained it. Easy checkin & checkout and a big place to roam around and beach facing property near to 7/11.

I stayed at the Avalon Beach Resort for 4 nights and wholeheartedly recommend this place…. Incredible value when you consider huge rooms, an Amazing Pool, a Great restaurant, very clean and authentic Thai style throughout the whole resort. Thanks to all the lovely staff I will be back here. Ps, I also recommend booking directly with the resort online as you will get the best rate and additional discounts.

Excellent location, excellent service and effort from house keeping, beautiful pool. Rooms are not at living standard. After closing long time because of Covid, they have not cleaned the water at, air conditioning and furnitures in the rooms. Strong Mouldy smell as soon as you enter the room, shower water smells terrible, air condition is mouldy too. This place really need an health and safety inspection. Electricity get cut off every now and then ( for seconds though) gives you a horror feeling. Breakfast is the most terrible breakfast I have ever had in my life. Not many items and tasteless food. Pool access rooms are not real pool access room so don’t get fooled like I did. Staff are polite and helpful but the problem is in the building, facilities and the old property. Housekeeping staff are really hardworking and helpful. Overall, I found the property an old haunted house.
