The building is in rather poor condition. No gym, lackluster pool. Staff is nice and the rooftop is spacious, location very close to BTS, 7/11, cafes and of course nightlife spots.

These are nice and quiet apartments for vacation with your partner at a very reasonable price. The only reason this is a 4 star is because I found the beds are very hard to sleep on. Otherwise they have excellent service.

I went to Bangkok with my wife and daughter seeking medical treatment. We stayed in Avatar residence in a two bedroom apartment. The place is very nice, great location, friendly staff, and very helpful manager. The hotel is located in very convenient place near to the Arab street so it was easy for us to get food any time of day. We always find a taxi outside so there was no issue with transport if we want to go anywhere. The apartment was fairly clean (can do better) with all kitchen amenities you might need, with very nice view outside. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The bathroom was bit small but very functional. I stayed for 7 nights then I extended my stay for another 5 nights. I would like to thank all the helpful staff and guards for all of the help they provided for us during the stay also big thanks to the very nice manager Mr. Ashish.
