Fantastic place to stay. Nice and modern, clean room. Alessandro is extremely helpful and can help book a taxi to/from the airport. When I next come to Rome I will be booking at aventino guest house! Also, the location is fantastic! We walked everywhere - close proximity to gelatarias, lovely restaurants, the colosseum and more. Great place to stay.

So close to Circo Massimo metro station, AGH was a pleasant surprise. We found it hard to find the entrance the first time we got there but Alessandro and the rest of the stuff (both women we met) were lovely and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights/5 days, the changed the towels twice and the gave us some extra, cleaned the room every day and the room had this heavy but pleasant smell of cleanliness/fabric softener. The only downfall was that our shower cabin was missing one door so we had to be extra careful not to splash water everywhere, even though the youngest of the two women said they don't mind wiping the floor every day.

Couldn't fault this place. Great location, very secure, clean, affordable and some nice touches like unlimited free coffee we hadn't expected. It's a five minute walk to a metro or a ten minute walk to the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants and bus routes near, yet very quiet at night. Made for a great trip. Thanks Alessandro.
