The service staff were really great and including from greeting, taking our luggage, parking the car, directing us for a meal etc. All was done well. Upgraded us to a bigger room as well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good amenities. The food in the restaurant and breakfast too was good.

I don't want to be mean but they gave us a room that had no pillows, the floor was really dirty it seemed to be like "construction vibe" all white dust even on the table and furniture. After this they changed it into an another room ,it also had dirty floors, the balcony was way smaller and there was no hot water. Staff people were nice I don't have anything to say about them, they tried to help but with no succes. They gave us a refund at least.

I am a foreigner from Canada that does not speak any word in Turkish language. That being said the staff here at Avwan hotel has been really helpful in helping me with some staff speaking english and others trying their best with google translate. The hotel room was quiet and room service was really good also. I had a specific request about the washing of my clothes and everything was done accordingly :) Last but not least, I even had help with tickets and lift to go take the train to the airport in the morning so I could go back home. Thanks to all the staff for the tremendous help. Didn't know Turkish people were that kind and I am happy to know it now.

I usually don't stay in large hotels but this one was located near where I was having surgery. The staff here were exceptional, kind, helpful and caring. I needed to switch rooms due to smoke issues, they showed me multiple rooms and let me choose. After the surgery, they genuinely cared for my well being, bringing me extra pillows, food and ice every hour, even at 1am!
