This is the worse experience I’ve had in my life. Our flight has been canceled on the 12th. We spoke with the manager of the propriety and told him this. His answer you might ask?… The booking is not refundable and we can’t come anymore because we didn’t check in on the 12th. Keep in mind that we paid for a reservation from 12th till 16th. We explained to him that we don’t want a cent back we just want to stay there. We took a 34hour train to pisa from bucharest. We were on the train for 14 hours when we found out we don’t have any place to stay. We told the manager that we want to keep the booking and that we will be arriving on the 14th and we don’t want any money for the lost days. The answer? No. Curently, the booking we paid nearly 1000€ is avaible on booking and we had to spend another 600€ to get a reservation in a really nice place in Pisa called Galileo Apartement. So, if you want to skip this experience, given the airplanes crise in the whole world, go check that place out instead.(ps:we where 4persons on this little journey & I am the second person)

Beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment; organization staff (Aweshome) very kind, helpful and quick to manage the booking; excellent location, a few minutes from the Campo dei Miracoli, the botanical garden, on the Arno with a beautiful panorama. But four stars, or maybe even 3, for the simple management, which leaves a lot to be desired: first of all, one of the 2 bathrooms gave off an unbearable sewage stench which also spread a little into the rest of the house; the sofa bed which made up 2 of the 10 available seats is broken, we even risked cutting ourselves opening it; the chairs were also in terrible condition... 4 out of seven barely supported the weight of the kids... All things manageable (we only stayed there 2 nights) but which prevent an excellent rating
