They charged 1000 for my 2 friends to come have some drinks; the manger and staff are very rude all the time and barely speak English. I had 2 rooms and only 2 people. My friends were staying in hotel beside ours. Location may be good but till the staff is completely changed, this hotel is not livable. I came in 2017 once and the staff then were very nice. Highly not recommended till staff and managers change and hospitality goes back to Thailand standard.

Though the hotel is not on the beach side, the Aya Hotel is the best choice to stay for a bachelor's and family trip considering the hotel's location and the great staff support and services. It's located in the prime spot for covering massage centres, walking streets, shopping, and very near to beache. Also, staff make sure the foreigners have a good stay and tour.

This place is the DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH . From check in to first class turn down service ( ** per request with charge or included with breakfast for the VIP PLATINUM PLUS staterooms. once you hit city walk everyone is friendly, everything you could ever want is within walking distance. We are royalty and Love this place, especially the staff. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN!!! Breakfast fresh made when you order.
