Room was fine for the price, but the service was great. Even forgot my passport and they helped me to get it back when I realized at the airport. Fair warning it gets pretty loud, the whole building is like an echo chamber and large families will often hang out and chat in the main room since the rooms themselves are small.

Room: 8/10 Hotel: 5/10 I m a women and arrived at 9ish. There were a group of men sitting outside and there weren’t many lights at night. That’s why i felt unsafe at night & didn’t sleep well the first night. The room was small but very comfortable (the mattress and pillow are hard, but i like that a lot) it has a own shower. The conditioner smells nice. (It has no hair dryer, but i think that’s normal around here) The walls aren’t dammed well & one could hear ppl from other rooms that were quite loud (and hit something) The next morning it looked much brighter, as did the neighbourhood (loads of fabrics)an English couple was checking in and an Austrian and the staff were so so incredibly nice (also read that in other comments) i stayed one night just because of the walls mainly. I couldn’t be more happy with this place! The location is great, loved the easy and clean walk to national palace, national cathedral, etc. Price is unbelievably good. I was not expecting much based on what I paid. But it’s exactly as clean and welcoming as the photos. Daily room service is impeccable. Sure it’s a budget place, so don’t expect a huge space, plush bed and perfectly sound-insulated room. Quiet neighborhood at night. Once again pleasantly surprised at how good this is.
