Booked a double room with two beds on booking.com. The full prepayment was debited from my card. When I checked in, I was given a room with one bed instead of two. At the reception, they categorically refused to solve the problem. I had to urgently look for another hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. I hope the money will be returned to me.

You can say good location since there is high street like shopping street nearby. Not at all suitable for family with kids. So much of smoking around the place outside. Unbearable and gave me headache. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. When we informed the man at the reception , he said he will send someone , but no one turned up . The room door was broken too. We had to use all our muscles to push the door and lock it. I am Sure the sheets were not newly laundered. The breakfast was the worst I have seen. Few boiled eggs, butter , honey with few slices of bread and some veggies. Dont get deceived by the photos while booking. . Not worth the money we paid never want to hear the name of this hotel again. to me everything was poor and i dont want to give any stars.

Hotel room was nice according to its price. Breakfast was included but there was no such thing as breakfast. Very very near to istiklal and all the happening places. Its a nightlife area.
