The hotel is connected to the mall and near to Oman which makes it a good choice for travelers. However the hotel service is very unprofessional. After waiting for long even after the check-in time (2:00pm), we were asked to wait until the room get vacant and cleaned. Further around 2:30 pm my were provided a smoking room and then after few minutes shifted to a room which was not cleaned (spilled tea in the room and rubbish). Room was only cleaned after we informed the housekeeping. Not a pleasant stay. Reception staff are helpful however No guest customer service was around.

One of the best hotels I have visited. Being attached to the mall is so convenient, which I like the most is this part. The receptionists were so welcoming and amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy. Well decorated. Love the facilities like jacuzzi & cold waters, enjoyed alot. This place so peaceful . Love it and thanks alot.

I enjoyed staying in this place. Beautiful scenery, The house is clean and fully equipped with towels, pots, a kettle, a heater, outdoor campfire. We loved having breakfast and lunch outdoors.

Although it has been some time since my visit, the memories of my stay at your hotel remain vivid in my mind. From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by your warm and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and attentive service truly left a lasting impression on me. The room I stayed in was exceptional in every way. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The breathtaking view of Al Ain's skyline from my window was an absolute delight.
