We stayed here in late November. This small boutique hotel has an elegant vibe, excellent and friendly service, and located within waking distance of many tourist sites and great shopping. We reserved a Hamam Room, which was very nice, and had a small balcony. The included Turkish breakfast was adequate. (My only complaint was the coffee, which was the worst we experienced during our month-long visit to Turkey. I don’t know if they are catering to another crowd, but it was consistently weak and flavorless.) weak coffee aside, we loved the service and the location and walked all around the area.

Our stay in Istanbul was enhanced by our stay in this amazing hotel. The staff was super friendly, especially Mr Ayhan in the lobby and the receptionists Bahar and Melissa. Everyone was friendly and kind and eager to assist. The room was exactly as seen in the pictures and very clean. The breakfast starts at 08:00 am on the ground floor. We went there during winter so the heat was always on and the water always ready for a hot shower. It has an escalator but it is reached via staircase so it's not accessible fully. There's also a small garden available for the guests. I highly recommend this!

We stayed at the hotel for the first time visiting Istanbul and we had a blast. The staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the location is amazing. Breakfast is awesome! Warm, freshly cooked food and bread and all sorts of eggs, cheese, salad, jam, and pastries. They also surprised me on my birthday with cake and balloons. We are very happy that we stayed here and we recommend it to everyone
