Pathetic hotel. Rooms are very bad. Stinky smell in the rooms and outside. The balcony view is all garbage. Breakfast was mentioned in the booking but there is no breakfast served. No proper drinking water. The property is full of smokers. Smoking smell everywhere. WiFi is terrible. Frequently disconnetcts and not able to browse anything. Mobile signal coverage is close to nothing. Overall it was frustrating to stay at this property. Avoid at any cost. Don't trade your peace of mind for this awful property. Not sure who gave the existing ratings, it's all quite opposite here.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks Mid-March to early April as COVID lockdowns were beginning. It was a peaceful place and there weren’t too many guests as the owner pretty much closed the gate behind me fearful of COVID. The owner even turned away a few guests that had a reservation. It was a scary time. The few of us who were staying there, pretty much kept to ourselves. Some guests leaving as soon as they could fly back to their country of origin. I stayed. But as the days passed, with nearby stores and markets closed, our morning hotel breakfast disappeared. A bit later, the owner said that as of April 1st, TV cable will be canceled and WiFi speed would be downgraded. I decided it was time to find another place. Quickly, as 95% of Bali lodging was already closed or closing. As for my room: I found that it was hard to see the tv as the distance between the bed and tv was great. And the TV was a bit small. The room lighting was also a bit poor as it was difficult to work once the sun went down. The shower drain was clogged as well, so after a few minutes, I wasn’t sure if I was taking a shower or a bath. The WiFi was weak, even before the downgrade. On the plus side, the staff was quite helpful and spoke English well. Very friendly. And the property is beautiful.

Love this hotel, stayed for 12 nights. Great pool, very nice and attentive staff. You have to ask for a clean & fresh towels but they always do it when you ask. Large rooms each in its own separate little building - do yourself a favor and get the room with ac if visiting october through january, its very hot at night with just a fan. Good wifi too!
