Everything about this hotel is either good or great! Stayed for 3 nights in Dec. Quick response on my email queries before arrival. Complimentary access to sauna hot spring and minibar. clean and tidy room. Super responsive staff. Although it seems geared towards catering the Japanese visitors but for others it gives an equally great opportunity to experience the Japanese hospitality and of course, delicious Japanese breakfast! And all that at a very affordable rates compared to nearby hotels. Location is little outside of the busy old quarters but a roughly 2km walk or Grab motorbike can get you there easily. I did that on all evenings. Otherwise, plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Great value for money!

I am happy to be there at 7, April; very clean room, and nice service, Japanese service style. With Open-air hot spring; Japanese style breakfast buffet. Big room, but the air conditioner with noise; I don’t like any noise. Anyway, it worth to be there.
