The room is very clean and nice. If there was no breakfast, the staff was unfriendly, and amenities such as toothbrushes were substantial, I would have liked to come again.

Had really bad experience shopping beds way too hot air conditioning work very well no air conditioning outside of bedroom staff lovely property not great

There was no drinking water in the room. We stayed at the 8 floor, still there was noise from the streets in our room. Wifi very slow. The room had a cigarette smell. The car park was full and very difficult to park.

This hotel was recommended to me by my local friends for being relatively new and affordable. It is located next to Novotel Bangna. The exterior of the hotel looks decent but upon entering to the reception, there was no air conditioning and very hot. Didn’t help that the morning sun was shining directly into the reception. Reception is located on the 2nd floor and 1st floor was for car parking. Receptionist spoke little English so Google Translate is very much needed. I came early about 9am and they allowed me to check in early which was much appreciated to offload my bags. The room is of decent size and clean. It has basic amenities like toiletries and bottled water. The only downside is the protruding edges of the bed frame which can hurt your shin if you are not careful. The mattress had springs protruding out which was uncomfortable. Shower is weak too. House dog is your security guard in the day and there is a human guard at night. The in-house restaurant does not seem to be functioning when I was there in the morning and evening. There are no big shops nearby within walking distance, the nearest was a petrol station with 7-11 convenience store and a Cafe Amazon, about 4mins car ride away (if no traffic jam) or a 5mins walk to another petrol station (with a Jiffy store and Black Canyon Kitchen) against the traffic. Convenient to & from Sikarin Hospital, 50-70 baht depending on traffic.
