Stayed here for 9 days because the location is very close to my family inlaws. There was a noisy humming sound coming from the hallway on the 8th floor that repeated itself every minute (even penetrated my custom made earplugs). Reception was friendly but management was very unpleasant being unwilling to provide a refund for an erroneous booking. Cancelled our future bookings and will stay at another place next time..

The room was nice, roomy, and comfortable. However, the air conditioners struggled to cool the room down quickly when we would arrive back at the hotel. The parking is limited and quite tight. The security guard and front desk clerk were a little bit pushy about my style of parking but once I explained to him why I had to do that they were acceptable to it. One time I didn't need to go down to the front desk for something the person behind the desk seemed more interested in what was happening on her phone then what my needs were. Also, be aware that at the current time there is massive construction work going on in the roadways in this area. Getting to and from the hotel to any other location can be challenging especially during the high traffic hours when the nearest U-turn is closed and you have to use the roundabout to navigate across the street.

20-30 minutes from airport. Stafs are very friendly and I can asked to keep my suitcase there after checking out while I went out to buy something

Upon arrival we were all asked to fill out a 3 page form and show identification in the form of an ID pas or passport. Never had this happen before in any other hotel. Booked 2 rooms on the same floor, upon arrival the room wasn't cleaned. We wanted to stay on the same floor with 2 rooms but this wasn't a possibility anymore since they only had a room left on another floor. Upon arrival to this room the floor was dirty and we found hairs all around the room and the sink in the bathroom looked disgusting. They give you 1 pas for a room that you have to place in a holder for the electricity to work in your room. And only with this pass you can use the elevator. This makes it impossible for 1 person of a group to go out while the other person stays in the room with electricity. All in all not a pleasant stay. Not recommended.
