Not the worst hotel, but the pictures and descriptions are deceptive. “Breakfast included” = was a machine coffee and then a breakfast wrap… which means hot dog and cheese sauce. The rooms are renovated, but with terrible craftsmanship. Bad tiles, concrete grout spilled over in the shower, etc. Bed is clean, but hard and not comfy at all. Pros- not a bad location if you need to be in this area. But their side parking lot is difficult to exit during busy traffic. Price is ok, but I won’t be back to stay again unless I’m in a jam.

The hotel was okay overall. There are some needed renovations, and there could be an improvement with the English level of the staff. The breakfast consisted of a choice between different coffees and a choice between different breakfast burritos, which weren't very good. Better to get breakfast outside.

Was better one year before. They didn't have enough staff working. 30 minute Late check in as the room wasn't ready, Aircon broke had to be fixed, Mold in shower, fridge close to breaking too gets quite loud every so often. We only had a tiny bit of river view for our higher priced river view room, basically just trees, so more like the room had a river awareness. Staff were very nice though. Hopefully they can fix these issues and business is good and it will be maybe be nice to visit again. Rooms are quiet, the door design maybe makes for a thud but I've found it to be a quiet hotel the two times I've stayed. The location is great to some nice restaurants and across the bridge to all sorts of street markets every morning night or weekend depending. Worth a stay if they pick up their game.
