A wonderful, very wonderful, five-star resort with a true name Enjoyable, especially for relaxing and sitting inside the hotel The swimming pool is beautiful and has fun activities for children. The hotel service is nice and fast, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In the beginning, I took a room overlooking the ocean, and there was strong air and the sound of the waves was loud, and this bothered me a little. Then I changed the room away from the beach and it was wonderful and quiet The advantage of the resort is that it has an application through which you can communicate and order whatever you want without the need to call or go to the reception. The downside of the hotel is that the furniture is old and the insulation of the rooms is poor. Also, the hotel is located inside a very large complex and has many hotels and a shopping center. If you want to leave the complex, a car is required to transport you with an amount of money (200 baht). As for the free transportation, it has specific times and is far from each other, and when you ask for a transfer to the resort’s exit, they refuse on the pretext that it has Specific times

We felt more than comfortable, we are still on site, we are staying in Baan Cocounot for 3 weeks in total, we booked two mopeds via Nang on the first day - everything was wonderful, we travel a lot and look at Phuket. Martin and Nang live here locally - Martin is German and it's really great for us to talk to a German. Martin and Nang are very, very helpful and make sure that people are doing well here. We will be back

Badly. This is not what I expected. Overall a good hotel with its own infrastructure. There are a lot of staff who are ready to help you at any time of the day. But the hotel’s location is unclear, and thus getting to the “party civilization” is very far away. There are two options: either rent a car or bike yourself, or look for a good taxi. I was very lucky with the latter; I found a convenient Toun taxi application (promo code SLLWKK). I was able to leave with a Russian driver to the Central festival shopping center, and then also to Patong on Bangla Road. Moreover, the driver came and took me back. You really need to order in advance! The hotel rooms have everything you need. The restaurants nearby are not particularly pleasing with their variety, but the food in the hotel itself is good (+another star in the rating)!
