If you travel with your pet, trying to get information from this resort ( described as pet friendly on many websites) is a big waste of time. Email sent the 4th of december for a check-in the 24th of december. They asked me for information about my dog's breed. I replied the same day. It took them 13 days to get back to me telling me that "unfortunately" they were fully booked... What kind of reservation team needs 13 days to reply to potential customers? Would absolutely not recommend this resort.

Stayed here for seven months and had an amazing experience and extremely sad to leave, still missing it. The staff are very professional, efficient, friendly, kind and totally committed to the smooth running of the resort. The accommodation is first class with all the facilities and amenities you need. The pool and gardens are beautiful and tranquil and so well maintained every day of the week. The restaurant within the resort serves delicious and very competitively priced food, try the Krappow Talay and the chicken wings, amazing. Will be returning on next trip to Hua Hin.

Do not expect your deposit back! When we left they gave us a "fine" for our dog barking that was conveniently almost exactly the amount left over in the deposit money to be returned. There was no warning while we were there and they were very friendly until checkout. I know at least one other guest with a similar experience. It seems to me that they invent a reason not to return people's deposit that can be vaguely justified in the contract but is not mentioned until checkout. If you don't mind losing your deposit, by all means stay since it is otherwise a lovely place.

I stayed here for six months and really enjoyed my stay, the villa is very nice with lots of space well kitted out, the staff are all very friendly and kind nothing was a problem sonny and furne make sure everything is how it should be and help you if need anything, the pool is amazing lovely and clean and very peaceful I used it most days, I'd recommend it if you want to get away from it all and relax bann Mesuk is perfect..
