I accidentally found a room here, super nice and clean and quiet but the air condition the next day start dropping ice! Before renting rooms they should check and service facilities. There’s a family mart in front of building and at the evening a food stand with Thai food and delicious French Fries. Also a nice restaurant for fancy dinner the next to the building. Gym was closed due to covid but pool was acceptable but with limited time and just 2 person allowed to use it.

Well maintained apartment, very friendly staffs and also security guard. Faculties are well maintained, too. We stay for 2 nights. Will be happy to come back again.

Not recommended if booked through Agoda. So this place has good rooms and a decent pool with morning shade for those sensitive to Thailand's strong sunshine. But on agoda, this place advertises itself as "beach front", "pool view" (for A517) and free wifi. My photos show that non of this is correct.

The staff is amazing and work very hard to keep the place safe and clean the pool is nice and the building is well maintained. My only complaint are the rude tenants and their kids that stay there. Mostly Russians from my experience of staying a few months. The staff will clean the windows and not even 5 minutes later a group of russian children will run around and put their hands all over them. The parents all sit by the pool and drink and let their kids run thru the hallways and scream while slamming on doors. Watched another kid throw rocks in the pool and at windows while his mom was on her phone. They also have a great gym. Yet again you’ll be working out and here comes the group of russian children playing on treadmills and throwing weights on the ground. Super disrespectful guests who can’t discipline their children or put any energy into telling their children what’s right or wrong. As for the building and the staff they are amazing they just need to make rules and kick tenants out who can’t show respect.
