A isolated place with walkable to the beach which is less prople than downtown seashore. Far from covenient store so you must grab something before get in to stay.

We have booked to stay here for 28 nights. The staff are far from helpful in fact not at all and rude. Today whilst sat by the pool with my family quietly talking. I was rudely approached by two members of staff telling me that my 10 year old granddaughter could not play with her ßmall ball in the pool and we had moved the sunbed. Firstly we have adhered to all the rules written and adhered to them. Secondly we had not moved any sunbeds. It seems that it was myself and family they had chosen out of a full poolside of people who had actually moved their sunbed. When I said I had not moved anything the person angrily told me I had and pointed to another family who had left their sunbeds a mess so I sent her over to tell them the same as she was telling me. If the company that runs the accommodation don't like it being used for holiday guests then perhaps they should stop marketing the apartments with unlimited rental potential. Apart from the ultra non communicative staff whom seem to hide in an office, and avoid all contact at any cost , the accommodation itself is absolutely wonderful. But as a family of 11 who spend a month in Thailand annually who do play by the rules in fear of upsetting other guests, we unfortunately will be striking this place off our list of places to return. Obviously outside of condos you can laugh joke and enjoy but on entering you must be silent and not enjoy yourself.

Basically a nice apartment, but run down. Kitchen utensils very sparse and of poor quality. Not really possible to cook there. No service what so ever on cleaning, towels or bedding. It is quiet though as there is no ambience or pulse around. Location is at the end the world, if that's your preference.

Ok Good, my wife and kids like this place very much. The place is still new and modern........ Generally, is very satisfy for me...!!! The place would be still good until year 2030 with good maintenance... (I hope that maintenance for this condominium is really good.... If not, the place will NOT be nice like this moment and it will NOT be a good choice for staying during vacation in Hua Hin.... With insufficient maintenance.... = the place could be still a good choice only till year 2025...)
