This is a piece of Siam Thai historical heritage and experience not to be missed. It is truly a step back in time of Linen shirts and casual tea in the garden. The property is photographic as are rooms for absolute pleasure and relaxation. Readers and Writers can enjoy the serenity and comfort as well as gourmet meals and coffee from the staff. Walks in and around Chinatowns streets are just off the property as are the modern convenience of service stores and delivery if one requires it.

Positives: The hotel boasts an impeccably maintained stunning property - we enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and plants around the mansion. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure we felt taken care of, and always greeted us with genuine and kind smiles. During our honeymoon, they surprised us with a lovely gift of flowers in our room, creating a truly memorable experience. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, perfectly complementing the antique ambiance of the property. We enjoyed the second-floor terrace for views of a temple and the rooftop for views of the city skyline - we could see the fireworks show put on during New Year’s Eve - it was really special! Negatives: Unfortunately, the mattresses were uncomfortably firm, leading to an average of only 4 hours of sleep per night during our three-night stay. We stayed in two rooms, both with the same type of mattress. Despite the beautiful aspects, I must rate the room 4 out of 5 stars due to the discomfort caused by the beds. If management invested in new mattresses or mattress toppers, this would make a world of difference for the overall comfort of future property guests.

Wonderful boutique hotel nestled in a quiet garden oasis, just behind the hustle and bustle of Yaowarat, Chinatown’s main road. The second floor looks over temples and a beautiful skyline. The rooms are beautifully decorated, well stocked in amenities, and are kept very clean. The rooms are part of a heritage home, with an interesting history on display, and the house has kept all of its old world charm, yet restored tastefully and well. There is a lovely café downstairs that makes great coffee and cakes, and you can always hit one of Chinatown’s many famous eating spots from there. I am already planning my next stay there because I enjoyed it so much. The service was also great. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

I just have back to my home town in China town after over 30 year of my last stay. Many things seems new for me. This is one of attractive cafe in old buildings hotel area. The building is changed and renovated to peaceful hotel in peaceful area. The building is 107 years old with tiny garden. The cafe is located in the same hotel area. It is nice and not so many visitors which is good place for relaxing, enjoying your coffee and nice atmosphere. Staffs are not professional, seem they are not well trained. They keep talking all the time which is noisy for guests. Only one Myanmar staff can speak fair English. I recommend if you like small and peaceful place especially rare to find in China town.
