A great option for anyone arriving at the bus station. We stayed after a hellish bus ride and the staff were very sweet and helpful. The room itself was nice, although for some reason the floor was all wet throughout. Just a minute or two walk from the bus station. Hotel has a lift.

So friendly! We arrived in the middle of the night (2AM) after our bus arrived way earlier then expected. We just knocked and checked if they had a room and they did! Clean and neat, cheap price too. After checking out early the host gave us free snacks since it was Tet and he said all the shops would he closed. Great service.

Given the cheap price I paid for staying there during one week, the motel is well equipped, clean, with helpfull staff that stays up until very late to be at your disposal. The district around is very calm and cute despite being full of busy restaurants & bars at night, it's very enjoyable taking a walk around. Only negative point, the unstable wifi connection that can make it hard to work.

Never booking this hotel. We booked on Agoda website, and when we showed up the receptionist ask how many people (we never be asked like this question before). After that, she counted 2 kids as 2 adults by herself, and she request we have to book another room because we have more people, can you believe it? The receptionist, who check in for us, is so rude and impolite to us. When we request to talk with manager, she said "the manager is not available to talking". We have to call the president of the hotel to allow us take the key because we are already booking and they are no reason to overcharge us. The receptionist gave us a key with hateful eyes and annoying body. Please never book this hotel. Da Nang as well as Quang Nam have many different hotels and nicer hotel. Because I have already booked rooms and we just stay one night, we don't leave. If we haven't book yet, we ready to change hotel to stay. This is my bad experience to stay in Da Nang. Again, please don't book this hotel. We are very regret to book this place, the hotel make my family feel unsecured and people in Da Nang are not friendly and welcome tourism.
