Spend here 3 nights. Attended 3 game drives, a safari walk and the snake demonstration. Very nicely done. Safaris: Sightings are highly dependent on the driver. We got lucky almost every time. So nothing to complain. There is no way to tell which time yields the best results. We have gotten lucky in the evenings for most days but when the heat cranked up, the morning seemed better. Walking Tour: Amazing guides. Dont expect to see plenty of animals. Main attractions are insects, flowers and dung. We managed to track two rhinos. Got close up - 30 meters. so it was a great experiences. Food: Very good buffet morning and evening. Hits the spot. Specials like hog roast were great. Rooms: Spacious. Clean. Good cleaning service. Can absolutely recommend

Absolute amazing location. Cleaning staff, super friendly and ever ready to assist. Restaurant staff, great with kids, funny, constantly paying attention to the table and making sure you have what you need. Buffet breakfast and dinner, good variety, catering to the various tastes of the family. Boma experience, the entertainment on arrival and during dinner was excellent and captivating. Waiters were on point and made sure we got the full experience. Game drive, we had the same excellent guide on both morning and afternoon drives, who took requests from the kids and made the best of efforts to find and get us great photo opportunities. The room, good family sized room with amazing view and birds, monkeys and warthogs coming visit all day. Decent bathroom with good sized tub. Now, the reasons for 4 and not 5 stars. The beds were not as comfortable as expected, bit springy and soft. The front desk staff, could stand to be a little less condescending and maybe try a bit harder to treat everyone the same. Great stay and wonderful experience, will definitely visit again.

Great views from the balconies. Big bath tubs and separate shower. Saw a hippo and baby walk up through the middle of the lodge in the National park, fabulous. The rooms are comfortable with Great air con. Generators cover the electrical load sharing times. A cosy bar and a restaurant that offers a good quality buffet. Seating indoor and out. It location to the Pilanesberg National Park is unbeatable.
