Room (1/5): Loose screwed hanging table. Door can't fully opened. Broken ceiling at bathroom. Stained bed sheet. Location (1/5): Remotely located which is quiet but narrow access and horrible parking space. Absolutely not suitable if coming with car. Service (1/5): The worst of all. They clean the room but don't put new towel and mat so I have to come down myself to ask for it but both reeked of metal or something. Verdict: I truly regret staying at this hotel, not even a slightly enjoyable experience. First of all, the horrible parking space with poor access. I don't mind entrust my key at the front desk, but I have to wait 20 minutes myself just to get out because of the full space. And on my last day I have to face an impudent female staff but don't give a damn care anymore. Truth be told it's 3 star hotel with 1 star quality. I advise to stay away if you come with car or on family vacation. This hotel actually has potential but with this poor management and everything I'm afraid it won't last.

Room is clean and spacey. The only caveat is that the balcony between rooms are too close, I can smell whenever my neighbor smokes or noisy. However the location is great. Food is so so and parking is rather small, so be patient when it is full booked and you want to get your car out.

The rooms were clean and neat. Our rooms were upgraded to a bathtub room facing the pool. It was a good view. There are mosquitoes in the room since there is a gap in the windows/doors. The bathtub was good. There are less options for vegetarians but the staff was cooperative and helped us with sandwiches and juices.

All furntiure and sheets dirty and stained. Found blood stains on floor mats and sheets and mattress old and lumpy as are pillows. So many alive and dead mosquitos literally 30 or more living and 40 or more dead all over bed and bathroom. Floor, tables, windows, headboard and floor all need a scrub and all sheets and towels heavily stained. Had them replace and the new ones at more and larger stains. No smart tv only 2 bahasa stations though they claim to have satellite TV No laundry though advertised they did Breakfast doest start until 8. We have kids and start our day earlier than 8. Told us they would make boxed breakfast for us early and they never made. Room doors don't lock. Dirty dishes next door been there for almost 24 hours nobody cleans up Front desk not helpful or friendly. No manger available on weekends to help fix these issues Been in Bali 3 years, one of the worst hotel experiences. So many better options. Restaurant has terrible food Pools are nice though need to be cleaned and maintained. Outside/grounds look better than inside. Bathroom is moldy, unclean, outdated and needs repair. Lots of sharp broken tiles. Day 1 check in they say no bath or pool towels available until tonight as all are at laundry. How can all hotel towels be out. So kids swim but cant dry off or take bath as no towels at all and no staff seems to care of help. Lighting is so dark especially in the bathroom Says mini bar but they do not have. Internet spotty Safe/lockbox doesnt work. Finally moved us to a new room that is nominally better but still dirty and mosquito infested.

Do not come here at all made our vacation hell . We took a villa and it was filled with mosquitos and a strong smell. my three year old son was very reluctant to even enter the bathroom. The bathroom was very dirty and a woman's hair came out of the washing basin's tap instead of water. Breakfast was 1.5/5. The towels reeked of stink. Despite our several requests the staff did nothing we did not even know whether the bed were we slept on was even washed or not. The furniture was very sharp and dangerous . SO NEVER COME HERE. It made our stay in ubud hell. It might make yours too.
