This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. We came from the airport late at night (and as vegans we can’t eat much at the airport) as all restaurants are closed at this time. They kept in constant WhatsApp communication with us and pre made and held food for us as we arrived, even after there restaurant was closed. And that was the best green curry I think I have ever had. So yum. Thank you balai, you set such a nice impression for the beginning of our Phillipines journey. P.s. rooms were so comfy and clean.

One of those cozy, private and home feels type of hotel. You would definitely feel relaxed especially after having that long ride from El Nido. This place is a GEM!! 🤙

Lovely hotel with stellar service. We booked the family room. The interior design was truly beautiful. They have a spa, sauna and jacuzzi. The Lilim Cafe also served delicious food, including the complimentary breakfast. We especially appreciated the absolutely wonderful service by the staff, who managed our tour bookings and ensured a smooth experience from and to the airport. Would definitely return here if we visit Puerto Princesa again!

This is the fourth hotel I'm staying in in the Philippines and it's by far the most luxurious and has the greatest staff. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the spa amenities are picture perfect. On our way here, the airline lost our bags. The staff at Balai have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in spite of that, and to help us make the most of our limited time here. If i could, I'd give them 6 stars. Thank you Balai Princesa!!!
