I was sadly disappointed with this hotel ☹️ After all the big write up on their website, I was expecting a 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel. Sadly not!! There's no fridges, no air conditioner, throughout the whole hotel, no fans and during this hot spell here in Germany you needed something to help keep you cool! Even in the dining area, it was so hot. No facilities to keep the breakfasts cool, meat, cheeses, yogurts, milk, fruit, marge/butter and fruit drinks. There were little portable fans blowing over the food 😤 Food poisoning on the horizon! I'm sorry to add that we ate in the restaurant in the evening, a big hype about the quality of food, don't order the salad with crayfish tails!! Because you'll get some sort of frozen "fishy ball's" and a sad looking tiny "crayfish" to garnish the salad 😞 Yes one okay thing, because we kicked up stink about our room, they moved us to "better" room. I'm afraid I can't recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially if you are looking for a bit of comfort. ☹️☹️

They told me a taxi from the airport would be €35, it was €62 in April 2023! Location is good, it is a nice quiet residential area. Rooms are comfortable but one window blind was missing so the light woke me early in the morning. The shaving mirror can't be adjusted and is positioned very low, completely unusable. Shower provides nice hot water but isn't very powerful. There are plenty of power sockets and WiFi was reliable. Looks of hanging space, a desk and chair and a comfy chair, everything you need. Breakfast is ok but not good value.

The Hotel is located in a quiet street away from the busy city centre. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The Hotel also offers free public transport tickets for each guest.

We had a great experience of check-in and a very comfortable accommodation in this nice hotel. Staff was kind, helpful and friendly. What we liked most is that the rooms are larger than an average hotel room, having one or two medium-sized table, where you can sit around with other people (up to 3-4). The room was perfectly decorated, clean and spatious! Also, we needed some cuttlery for the breakfast into our rooms and we provided these from the restaurant without any problem. That was very kind of them. Only negative side was when we check out, they asked for a difference of price of one comfort room, which we never asked for! When we explained the situation, they did not insist anymore, however it was still a bit strange that they asked for this price without my confirmation.
