This is a very good place to stay if you are planning to visit Hoi An. The rooms are super clean with all the facilities. The location is good. Host Jenny is very friendly, kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying here. Thankyou.

Even when I called by myself and confirmed the same day that I am going, because of rain I got 2hr late and they gave the room to someone else when I had booked the room in Agoda 2 weeks before. Atleast they could have informed me through Agoda chat if they had doubts regarding my arrival.

Very unprofessional, on the day of our arrival property manager called our Australian number to confirm our booking, the call didn’t get through so she automatically cancelled our booking. She did not send email or message via bookings, she did not cancel in booking systems so we did not get any notification about the cancellation. We arrived at the property 4:30pm to check in and were told she doesn’t have room for us anymore. Not nice to have booking cancelled on the day of arrival without notification and looking for a new place to stay after long travel! If you are going to book, keep in mind you might arrive and be turned away!!!
