Located in a great location, they have older large rooms with many different configurations. We stayed at a 1 bedroom suite on the larger tower. It was more like a serviced apartment. There was a kitchen to do some light cooking. The rooms were cleaned daily. Several nice restaurants on-site. Pool was semi-shaded, which seems to result in colder water. But the old rooms could really use a remodel. AC was noisy and doesn't cool properly in one room. There is shuttle service to the MRT/BTS stations. Breakfast buffet is good and seems to change daily. The best thing was probably the fruit spread.

I recently stayed at Bandara suites and found several positives worth mentioning. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel’s location was superb, making it convenient to access various attractions and amenities nearby. However, there were aspects that didn’t meet expectations. The breakfast offered didn’t justify its cost and left much to be desired. Additionally, while the pool and sauna area were decent, they lacked proper maintenance and were disappointingly unclean. Notably, the separation of sauna facilities for men and women made it challenging to enjoy this amenity as a family. Concerns about Safety One significant concern was the alarming safety issue in the pool area. The floors were excessively slippery, leading to unfortunate accidents. My girlfriend fell severely and sustained injuries. Shockingly, there was no response from the hotel staff, even though they were aware of the incident. The temporary solution of using tapes to mitigate slipperiness seemed inadequate and unsuitable for a hotel of this standard. Overall Assessment Regrettably, these issues left a considerable impact on our stay and overall satisfaction with the hotel. While there were positive aspects, the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them, making it challenging to recommend Bandara Suites without these concerns being addressed promptly and effectively.

Because the room types are pretty roomy and the layout allows you to cook in a decent kitchen while still enjoying the perks of staying in a hotel, Bandara was a perfect choice for me to stay in Bangkok. Their pool area is also fairly decent, and they offer a fantastic shuttle service that travels to other locations, including a mall. They have a lounge where you can unwind or work, which is great for people who need to work while they're on the go too! There was something for every taste among their breakfast offerings and everything was fresh and well made! I also tried their lunch buffet, which was quite reasonably priced and had good dishes and it’s an ideal choice if you’re looking for a large variety of dishes without breaking the bank! They offered some good curry and noodle selections and I also liked the Shrimp dumplings, and the staff always made sure that everything was refilled and ready for the customers. Additionally, the room has stunning views and is conveniently located near all the major tourist attractions in the city. If you're travelling with family or a large group, these kind of accommodations are perfect because everyone has their own place and it's not crowded. The suite was also contemporary and well furnished which is another plus point! Since you get a lot for your money, the price is also quite worthwhile. Would strongly advise everyone coming to Bangkok to check this out!

Overall our stay was good. The room was large and clean. Doors noisy when opening and closing. An easy fix with felt on the outside jams. To flush the toilet you had to bend over completely as toilet back looked like something straight out of Japan. Easier to use my foot. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff can speak English. Very professional. Breakfast had good and bad. The egg station was fantastic. Also a variety of fruits and bakery items was available. Coffee in the machine was okay. There were warming trays for the main entries. Some food was warm. Some was cold. Not safe or tasty. I would stay again but go out on the street to eat as there are many inexpensive hot options.
