The room they gave us was a cellar without a window and VERY SMALL. The bed is on the floor and is super hard, it has no mattress but a sheet of polystyrene. The sheets were dirty with blood or something like that (see photo). The bathroom was dirty, there is no toilet paper or gel/shampoo, there is no space and you have to get on the toilet to close the door, the toilet lid was broken, the floor was waterlogged because the drain did not drain, the sink grate was also broken. The bathroom wall is open at the top so there is no privacy and whoever is in bed hears EVERYTHING, yours and the person in the next room. We couldn't use the wifi either... I've paid a lot less money at places like Phuket, Krabi and Phiphi for significantly better places than this one.
