Horrible experience! See pictures. I booked a room for 3 nights for 3 Adults. The bathroom had no privacy at all. I told them about this and after checking on their little computer they said they can only upgrade me to a family room for an extra 65€ each night. I was Ok with it. Then they wanted to check with their manager for this upgrade. After 10 minutes they came back and told me an upgrade isn't possible. Another room was 200 euro so 800 euro in total. I wasn't Ok with that. But my point was, why show a product for 3 Adults but the bathroom has no privacy? In what social situation would a 3 Adults be ok with no door bathroom? Man, Women and their grown up child? Man, Women, and Sister? Friend, Friend, Friend? I don't understand. The product listing was completely misguided (I suspect it was a deliberate misguide to squeeze 3 guests in a couples room). Be honest, right? Had I known about it I would have booked a family room or even a different hotel. Oh, I also asked for a curtain which was declined so I had to make my own curtain with the bathropes. Then the elevator won't work on day 1 but was told that it will be fixed the next day. It wasn't fixed even when we checked out. We had to use a service elevator (see picture of us using doors meant for employees). One service elevator for employees and all the guests in 7 or 8 floors. Impossible to get a lift down or up. The stairs were a complete joke. Like a maze. Complementary drinking water only on day 1 and that's it. Our friends room, they had more problems. Day 1, they open the door, the room was already occupied. They were given wrong rooms. To fix this, they hotel have them free breakfast for the following day. Their hairdryer was sticky sticky 🤢. I see that the hotel is responding to all the reviews with the standard "oh we are sorry for your inconvenience blah blah". Don't lie. You aren't sorry. You want to save face. Update: Just like I mentioned earlier, the response from the hotel management is here. Don't fall for it. Not even AN ATTEMPT to ensure seamless service for privacy was done. Just a rude "No we are fully booked". How exactly did you ensure seamless service for my complaint? Explain. My bottom-line claim is, why show a room for 3 Adults when 3 Adults cannot practically use that room? Why deliberately mislead people and take "3 Adults" money from a "2 Adult" room? Nonsense.
