Was booked at the Baron Hotel nearby which had a notice of closure so I called their management who took us over to the this ' Waterfront' property which was a lower rated property and lower priced. We paid more for the higher rated closed one. The staff at the Baron,which seems to have 3 properties closed by was very nice..5 stars on that but the mishap is either booking.com or property owner Baron should have disallowed booking at the closed property. I would not have booked the Waterfront which was then a 6.2 rated property. The upgraded room they gave us had nothing and dirty. Chipped furniture. Bath tower looks dirty. Did not use. No refund was given though the stayed property was lower. This is truly an owner and booking.com issue. The staff are very nice

The cigarette smell is terrible, 1 AM and people in nearby rooms are super noisy. No sheet provided only a sus blanket. The mattresses need to be renewed..

For a budget hotel it was better than we expected. Strong WiFi connection and good shower (temperature and pressure). Beds were not bad either, not the best but not the worst. Sure AC can be a little stronger but it worked. They can also install more lighting. They did have free water refills through the door in the lobby area too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for budget traveling

a very budget hotel.old n big but the room lighting is quite dark.need to change the lightning.the blanket is confortable but smelly.i found one big stone beside my bed,asking the reception what is that for.they answer might be the former customer who bring it in.then when i ask them can i remove it,they ask to leave it.so what is the purpose of the stone?so scary. make me thinking of negative thing when sleep beside unknown stone.hope hotel will take away unnecessary stuff in the room which can bring uncomfortable feel to the customer.the hotel will not provide room service if u stay for two night unless u request it.
