Very lovely family with lots of good vibes. The location is great, few minutes walk to the ocean and 10 minutes drive to the centre (or 15 minutes by bicycle). They are very helpful with information and they offer great family dinner/lunch for very cheap price! We enjoyed so much that we ate 3 times, was delicious!! We had very good time, thanks.

If you come to this city, you should definitely stay in a quiet and reliable guest house with a wonderful view by the river. I wholeheartedly congratulate the family that takes care of these facilities because they are very good people and helpful. I wish them success in their future lives

Truly loved it here, extremely good value. Beautiful property, perfect location overlooking the river, walking distance to the beach and a scenic scooter/bicycle to central Hoi An. Run by such a lovely and warm family.

The best homestay. From second one the owner was so amazing, asking whether we ate breakfast already (we hadn't) and offering free noodle soup. Delicious family dinner for only 40.000 VND (unfortunately it was just us) and just the nicest people. Besides that it's just a short walk from the beach and the room was just what you hope for, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hot shower, AC, water bottle refill 5.000..... We cooked bahn xéo together, would definitely recommend this!
