Waterpark not bad.enjoyable.but water pretty dirty too, greens particles everywhere.may be they clean up the pool once a week or so. Toilet/changing room a bit disappointed -dirty, broken toilet with only 1 sink to share Rooms ok. a bit dirty behind the curtain, at the corner of the room, near the bed.

A pleasant apartment to stay in. The place need more cleaning in terms of the water park during the Malaysia school holiday period. Off-peak, it was better. Still, a popular holiday destination with the locals and I still appreciate the place.

Title: Disappointing Service and Poor Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the management team. I had requested a ladder for a simple LED light replacement, as advised by my owner. However, the miscommunication and lack of assistance were astonishing. I initially requested the ladder, was told it was available, but when I attempted to collect it, I was asked to return later in the evening. After a two-week delay, I returned to inquire about the ladder, only to be told I couldn’t borrow it due to a standard operating procedure. This experience left me feeling humiliated and frustrated. I’m disappointed by the lack of proper guidance and support provided by the management. Regrettably, I do not have the name of the specific individual I spoke with. I believe it’s crucial for management to offer consistent and helpful service to tenants. While policies are essential, clear communication and flexibility are equally vital. I hope my feedback encourages improvements in service quality.

Block B and didn't have any Queen and King size so we rent the Studio room. Felt bitter but it is what it is, also got some trouble with finding a pinpointed location. Aside from the Room, Once you go over to the waterpark. You will feel Enlightened, Bonus, there is a Dressing room just a few walk over to the Right side of the entrance when your in to change your clothes. I like this (Mainly because of the waterpark variety there)

for those who always opt for 5 stars luxurious hotel, by all means, this is not the place for you to stay. yes the room is cheap, thats why the service is so lousy and the room is just basic. the tv and telephone are not working, also you have to pay for the theme park (hidden charge). i thought the theme park is free for the people who stay at the hotel. my bad.
