Bayview Regency Apartments This place was lovely. I believe the unit we stayed in did more than what we needed. Upon entering the unit, first, there is a vast living room that is nice and spacious. This living room has a flat-screen television, a coffee table, a study table, and vinyl plank floors. Adjoining the living room is the dining room with a table that seats six. There's also a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. This unit is a two-bedroom. The Primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and a small flat-screen television with a full bathroom and two standard closets opposite each other. The other bedroom has two full-sized beds and a flat-screen television. Each room in this unit has a different remote to operate lights and ceiling fans. Some of the things I disliked were the painting over the tiles in the primary bathroom and tub, the outdated oven-stove combo, and the bathroom vent not working. One feature of the unit I must highlight is the keyless access to the unit. Each unit has its own secure Doorlock. Each member has a four-digit code, and the owner can access the units remotely.

The only good thing about this place is the staff are friendly and helpful when trying to help sort through the long list of things wrong with this place. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. It’s rundown, not well stocked and dirty. The pool is cold and it’s on a very busy street. There is no laundry in the units. The pillows and bedding are low grade and disappointed overall. They refused to provide any type of compensation despite all the downfalls.

BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY. They hide under different names. LITTLE REGENCY is one and other rental properties by Lowkl…a LEGAL INVESTIGATION has been launched due to their INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION. Their rental properties are worth at best half of what they charge. They use a poorly or perhaps strategically trained property management company. When a multitude of problems are discovered upon check in you will not be able to reach anybody that has the authority to help nor will they offer any type of compensation. They are EXTREMELY DISHONEST and use several online tactics and scams to facilitate their premeditation to rip you off. Sadly for them, they ripped off and skirted responsibility with the wrong people this time around. Please PM for details and or if you wish to join in the lawsuit.

Awful experience. Beware, especially if you get an apartment on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious but only partly renovated. The stove is rotten and one bathroom had a painted bath and the paint was peeling. There was no water in this bathroom after the first day. The AC dis not work for 2 of the 3 days we started. Maintenance eventually came and has to use a hairdryer to defrost it. We resorted to using the other bathroom. It was renovated and seem to be in good condition. However, on day 3 sewage started coming through the shower. It flooded the bathroom, part of the bedroom and the living room. It took hours to rectify the issue. We asked to be moved to another room but got no response. The worst part is after fixing the issue, no one came to clean the apartment. They just expected the AC to dry the floors and we stay. It was nasty and unsanitary. We left the same day and found another apartment. The food thing is that we had booked through Airbnb, so we got a refund for the night.

I had an awful experience renting at Bayview Regency Apartments during my stay in Fort Lauderdale. The apartment was FILTHY and the SMELL was UNBEARABLE. The smoke smell was overwhelming!!!!. Within five minutes I called the customer service number and explained the condition of the place. I couldn’t stay there because one of my children and I were so physically irritated by the smell. I had to relocate my family to a new hotel. They would not refund my money. I do not need a fancy accommodation but this was deplorable. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
