I would give 0 stars for the bad and unprofessional behaviour and attitude of the Hotel staff. The hotel it self is luxury, clean and located a proper location but its staff behaviour is under 0. Most of their employees are completely racist and against foreigners (Black hairs).

Great hotel if you like a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. We stayed here for a weekend and although I normally sleep badly in hotels- this place offered so much comfort I could fall asleep without any issues..... Beds, duvets, pillows- all works so well together and I fell asleep within minutes

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the hotel in August 2021. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our suite had amazing views of the Siekierkowski Bridge and the city; it was spacious , pristine and smelled brand new .With relaxing music in the background, we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner and the menu was quite extensive. Proximity of the hotel to the highways makes it easy to get to the Old Town or the City Center. Despite busy streets just outside , the room was very quiet. We only wish, we had more time to stay there longer

Stay 10th and 11th September 2022. My Partner and I stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel for a function and it was a fantastic experience. The Hotel has had a full refurbishment smells and gleans clean and new 🙂 so let's Start this review with the most important part of any hotel; the bed! These were absolutely fantastic and very comfortable, I say "these" as they were two twin like beds together with 2 single individual duvets coves which is awesome as it means no fighting my partner for the duvet covers at night. The rooms were clean and spacious with a working desk and a separate coffee table and chair. A drinks fridge for your drinks and kettle are also available in the room. Bathrooms are very clean and the shower is to die for especially after a long day....I could stand there for ages! The Gym, There was a Gym but it's a basic gym (for me), with that said, it's more than enough for keeping fit while away from home with a Smith machine and lose weights, a rowing machine, a treadmill, cross trainer and exercise bike. The reception staff were professional and friendly and made us feel welcome, the staff are Bilingual or more which is very handy as my Polish is a working progress. Breakfast, The buffet was well laid, with a good variety for most people. However as a plant based diet person, the choices were limited for me. This is common in many hotels I have stayed in, so I can't help but think maybe adding more choices would help set you apart from the rest? It would be a good crowning addition to an already impressive breakfast buffet for sure. Location, The Hotel isn't at a very central location, so don't expect to be next to the Golden terraces or Palace of culture and science but it is close enough by an inexpensive taxi and for me, the location was a good and quiet retreat after a busy noisy day of sightseeing. Would I stay at Vhotelwarsaw again? Absolutely yes, The hotel ticks all the right boxes for me. It was perfect for pleasure and I suspect for business too.
