They don't provide the basics as slippers. When the ladies made up the room, they ignored the toilet I don't know way?! However, it's clean and the location is just perfect. As an average to low budget traveler, yes, I will come back.

PERFECT! Had a wonderful stay with my kiddos. There are 5 of us and we slept INCREDIBLY comfortably in the deluxe apartment room. The rooms have been recently renovated so while we were a bit skeptical when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised when we were brought to our room. There was a ton of space. It was well furnished and had a ton of space. The bathroom was also recently redone. Great water pressure and it stayed warm through 3 teen girls showers (which doesnt even happen with our giant water heater at home)! The front desk attendant was INCREDIBLY kind. The hours at the desk are limited so there was a bit of a challenge for us as we were coming from Capri for the night so we had to time things well, but once we got in and got our room situated, all was well. Shortly after arrival, I ran to the store to grab a few groceries and upon my return I was met by the desk attendant who was, at the same time, departing and he generously asked if he could help with my grocery bags. The balcony was BEAUTIFUL - it was my favorite part of the space. The location is perfect. Central to everything you could need - plus right down from a Conad and several little delicatessens. There is one just a couple doors down that I fell in love with. The rooms were also very quiet. I was a bit nervous because when we arrived there was quite a bit of noise from other tenants (it is a large building with tons of other residents that live there) as well as noise from the street below and I was nervous it would keep us up - luckily that was not the case. The room was incredibly quiet and the beds were super comfortable. In short, I highly recommend this awesome spot. Plan your arrival according to their availability and make sure to double check the breakfast time (we missed it because we slept late) - but otherwise, an awesome stay!

Nice apartment for a short stay in the city. Everything needed was available. Although we were late, we were still able to checkin and the contact person booked a cab for us from the airport. We were provided with free mineral water. There is only one window and the bed upstairs had a small stair and low ceiling. The bathroom was good, except there is no door in the shower, which made everything a little wet. Somehow there was a problem with the toiletpaper, we returned having less toiletpaper left then when we left in the morning. Everything however, was solved quickly and appropiate. Staff is not always in the house but can be reached by whatsapp and answers are given in short time. At the last day we could leave our luggage. After all a good place to stay
