One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious two-bedroom apartment I booked, which offered a stunning view of a beautifully manicured garden. Waking up to the lush greenery and the tranquil ambiance of the garden was a daily delight. The apartment itself was generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation and a sense of luxury. The layout and decor of the rooms perfectly captured the essence of a comfortable, home-like environment, while still offering the indulgences of a high-end residence. The level of service at the residence was exceptional, particularly the contributions of Donny Dominicus. Donny’s attentiveness and professionalism throughout my stay played a significant role in enhancing my experience. His ability to provide personalized service with a warm and friendly demeanor was truly commendable. However, the ongoing renovations in the hotel were a minor setback. The noise during the day, while a sign of progress and improvement, did somewhat detract from the peaceful atmosphere one might expect. Guests seeking complete daytime tranquility should consider this temporary aspect. Additionally, the issue with an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drainage system in the main bathroom was a concern that required attention. While it did not dominate my stay, it was a noticeable discomfort that I hope will be resolved soon for future guests. The residence’s strategic location next to Kuta Beachwalk Mall was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to a variety of dining and shopping options. This, combined with the lack of an in-house restaurant, was hardly a limitation due to the myriad of nearby alternatives. For families, the residence was ideal. The child-friendly swimming pool and the well-equipped kitchenette in the apartment provided the perfect setting for a family stay. The compact but well-equipped gym was a bonus for those looking to stay active. In summary, my stay at Kuta Beachwalk Residence was a fulfilling experience, highlighted by the spacious and scenic two-bedroom apartment, exceptional service from staff like Donny Dominicus, and convenient amenities. While the renovation noise and the bathroom issue were minor drawbacks, they were far outweighed by the overall quality and comfort of the stay.
