One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! They genuinely need new management! The good - Just their location was convenient. The bad: -They have so many hidden fees and charges. $30 for parking per day / $30 for "facilities fee" / and others. - They charged me for nights I didn't even park there and when I told them they denied it. I told them check the cameras! - Their staff is incredibly rude and it's all the way to the manager. No one says good morning / evening. No one engages with you. And then when you ask them for something it's like your a burden. The only nice people were the valet guys, props to them. - The rooms stink / shower is boiling hot water / Toilet doesn't flush properly / rooms are super small. - No free coffee / breakfast even though they charge you all these fees. - The attached restaurant is disgusting. Even their water tasted wrong.

Stayed at this hotel Dec 21- 23. First off my 3 year old daughter found a battery on the floor. Lucky she knows not to put things in her mouth. Front desk didn’t seem to care about it. Then the last night I was there front desk called my room at 1:30 am to ask if I drive Chevy car that someone parked out front. Again didn’t seem to care at all they woke my family up. Over all room wasn’t bad just wish the front desk cared a little more for their guest.

Location and price are really the only reason I'd stay here. Got charged $85 as a "security deposit" with the front desk, and they charged $34 for god knows what. Lord forbid I use 3 towels and half a bed. I also didn't have hand soap in the room and no one was at the front desk to ask for any. Wifi was okay. Kinda surprised this can be called a 4 star honestly, I've been in 3 star Hilton's with way better staff, service, amenities, wifi, etc.

For the price the rooms were nice. The hotel is an older hotel with a freat location. I didn't have any issue with the staff or front desk personnel as they all were helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again, especially because of the location. Now if you're looking for a more modern, newer construction with upgraded amenities, this may not be the place for you. However, if you wanting a decent place to lie your head down and rest in a comfortable space with an older feel and fewer upgrades and amenities, this spot will do.
