Subject: Disappointing Stay - Not as Advertised, I regret to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The description provided did not align with the actual experience. Upon arrival, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and hammam were out of service, significantly impacting the anticipated relaxation and facilities promised. Additionally, the lack of towels and the dismissive attitude of the staff regarding this basic amenity were unacceptable. Being directed to my room for a towel in a supposedly luxurious hotel was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Furthermore, interactions with the staff were distressing, particularly with Sude during breakfast. Her rudeness and refusal to accommodate simple requests, such as warm milk for children and even water, were appalling. Her abusive and disrespectful manner forced me to seek assistance from the reception for basic necessities. Muhammed during breakfast was very helpful and the reception staff as well they assisted me during my stay This stay was far from the standard one would expect in a reputed four-star establishment. I must insist on a refund due to the significant discrepancy between the advertised experience and the reality of my distressing and uncomfortable stay. I sincerely hope for swift action to rectify these issues and ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests. There is no kettle or tea or iron in the rooms

Everything was OK with the hotel and it's located in the shopping area. Bazaar and other historical places are in easy reach if walking. Car parking is a problem as hotel is on very narrow street. Our room had a view that wasn't what we expected.

We stayed here between Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 for 5 nights on the 3rd floor. Our travel agency had booked the budget 3 beds room. Although it was Budget room, it felt premium for the price. We had: Working AC, clean room, nice bathroom, warm showers, clean towels and free WiFi. There were AC 220V sockets almost everywhere in the room. They were oddly labelled 220W, which means roughly 1 Ampere, today's phone chargers requires at least 1.5 amps these days. I believe it must be a typo and they actually meant 220V. In the bathroom, a hair dryer with 220V/110V shaver socket. There was a small fridge and TV. A closet with combination safe. The free breakfast was amazing and tasted good. It was a quiet neighborhood. Close to the Trams and around 8 minutes away from the Metro. The walls were a little bit on the thin side and we could hear the neighbours having normal conversations. Our budget room didn't had a kettle or tea bags, which is expected for a budget room, the bar did offer free hot water for baby 🍼 formula. It is definitely worth the $$ and we will visit again.

My mom and aunt are staying at this hotel, and the customer service is terrible. They neither care nor acknowledge you. My mom requested a couple of items, but they have yet to accept her request. Whoever works at the front desk must learn how to do their job. I even had to talk to that person on the phone to explain that my mom needed these items, but he just said, ' our houseman is busy, or it takes a few minutes,' but my mom had to wait the whole day to receive something. If you work in a customer service environment, improve and do better. I am relocating them to a Marriott hotel. I don't know how this hotel is still in business—one star for this hotel.
