I had room one on the first floor. Very large and well appointed and surprisingly quiet. Take slippers as the floor can be very cold. Next room is the eating area with fridge and then a kitchen with stove, washing machine and basic cooking items. The shareable loo was upstairs, a big room with full bathtub and shower. The house is a 10 min walk to Gallopers restaurant on York Road or 5 min to Mount Chippy. City Side mall on Noth Queen was abt 25 min and 45 min to downtown.

Perfect guesthouse, just a bit far from the city centre. But by car it was fine. Very nice beds and neat bathroom. WiFi available. Located in a nice neighborhood.
