Great central location. Tea and coffee in foyer. Our room was cold as the window would not shut, mirror had been torn off the wall, bed was quite hard. People were very friendly. Did not tell us they entered our room to change lock system while we were out, did not make us happy.

I booked a nights stay but once booked it turned out the dates were totally wrong. After contacting the the town house and explained my situation they refunded me more or less straight away. Even though I can’t leave a review regarding the stay I want to leave a review regarding the customer service and I highly recommend. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for rectifying the issue. I will defiantly be booking to stay when I come over to visit my daughter who’s going to Belfast Queens Uni.

I had a fantastic two night stay at Bank Square! The hotel is located right in the centre of Belfast and is a short walk to shops, restaurants and bus stops. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.

The place is in a great location and is a close walk to the main tourist areas or busses, including the airport bus service stop. The room appears modern and the hotel I think is new. Check in was great, friendly guy at the desk even let me check in early as my room was ready, but you can leave your bags there in the luggage storage. I was in a single room. It had a funny smell, and was right next to the lift which was quite loud and sudden when it made noise. The shower was fine, the sink had pressure problems and the toilet doesn't flush the best but I can look past that. TV did not work AT ALL- no signal for live TV or service. Could log in to Netflix or other apps but did not let me play anything. Wifi was a bit temperamental in its speed. The main issue was the bathroom roof leaked pretty badly when the person above had a shower! This is not good for a new hotel at all, and on checkout no one was at the desk to tell... Might be just the room I had but still. The rating would be worse, but for the price- who really can complain too much. Thin walls, basics, no coffee or tea in rooms but receptionists were friendly so don't be scared to ask for a coffee or tea they provide. But there are structural issues to keep in mind. Still beats a hostel as a solo traveller for the price if you prefer privacy- room was clean and bed comfortable.
