One again we have chosen this B&B to spend a couple of nights in Napoli, because of its position in one of the best areas of the city, Most likely we will use it the next time too.

Esperienza Pessima. Sono arrivato e non ho trovato nessuno. Nessuno mi ha chiamato pur avendo il mio numero per darmi indicazioni sul check in. Sulla prenotazione due numeri uno non abilitato alle chiamate in ingresso e l’altro di un fantomatico centralino a Cipro ( solo inglese). Camera con bagno in un soppalcò con una scala ripidissima….servizio assente . Mai vista una persona in tre giorni.

Upon arrival: POOR state of cleanliness, dust and hair everywhere, towels dirty with toothpaste and other people's hair, feces residues in the toilet and very dirty shower tray with mold and organic residues. I had to go and buy cleaning products because the only solution offered by the facility was to wait until the next morning for cleaning; therefore making guests who pay €120 per day spend the first night in unhealthy and paradoxical conditions. Not even in hostels where I have stayed in the past have I found it so dirty. In the attached photos you will see the before and after of the shower tray cleaned by myself. Breakfast with packaged supermarket products; better to get off and go to any bar! Unique strong points: excellent location and cute room design, an extra star for that alone.
