We booked the suites and were hosted by James and the team. The rooms were really clean and up to mark; the suite was generously spacious and stunning in aesthetics. The illuminated bed back wall was a really nice touch to the decor. We would also like to thank the F&B staff who were attentive enough to provide us with a menu item excluded from the buffet. They were observant enough to note our picky eater 5-year old who couldn't really eat anything in the buffet. This hotel is good if you want a space away from the bustling city; on the flip side, it is also a little inconvenient so you need to plan your transport and local tours properly. Grab (similar to Uber) app would be of good use here.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellerive Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. It is situated further from Hoi An old town but we did not mind that as there were free shuttle bus at fixed timings to ferry us to and fro the old town. The bike tour guided by one of the staff was delightful and surely one of the highlights of our trip. Unfortunately we did not get his name but he deserves all the credit for his amazing hospitality. He brought us on a ride to nearby veggie farm and we had a ball of fun despite the wet weather. Everything went well except for the poorly worded email which states that we enjoy a 50% off all spa treatments. This was clarified by the staff that 50% only applies to 90 min massage at certain timing. We have reflected this error to the staff and hope they will reword their emails in future to avoid miscommunication. Upon checking out, we were also charged VND40,000 for using a laundry bag. It is usually common consensus that laundry bags are complementary for hotel guests and I have never been charged for using a laundry bag. Despite a few hiccups, I will still without a doubt recommend this hotel to my friends and family visiting Hoi An!

Fabulous new hotel. Highly recommend the private pool villas - beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Staff are wonderful - eager to help. Room service and housekeeping is excellent. Manager very friendly and welcoming - generously offered late checkout and complimentary transfer. Shuttle to Hoi An very convenient. Day Spa superb and very reasonably priced. Excellent staff and treatments. Near the hotel is a convenience store and the lovely couple there do Laundry - excellent service and very reasonably priced. Beach a short walk across the road from hotel though we preferred our private pool. Not a lot around in the area - take the shuttle to Hoi An and enjoy the market, have some clothes made at the tailor and check out 7 Bridges Brewery for refreshing drinks and great food. Highly recommend Bellerive as part of your Vietnam experience.

The hotel looked very new, clean everywhere and modern! it was very kid friendly: there was a playroom (very clean) , babysitting service (we didn't use it though), a lifeguard by the pool, and the crib had cute kids linen... we enjoyed the pool a lot, especially the chairs in the water (very relaxing)! It was right next to the breakfast area, so we could enjoy a coffee while our kids played by the pool. The buffet was big and really good. The service was excellent.
