I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The lack of blinds in the room resulted in early morning awakenings, despite breakfast not being available until 9 AM. What's worse, the hotel charged us for coffee and eggs during breakfast without any prior notification. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue, as it was not cleaned during our two-night stay. The pool was disappointingly dirty, and the garden was littered with napkins and cigarette butts. The language barrier was a challenge, as none of the staff spoke English, and their professionalism was questionable. The only English-speaking manager seemed ill-equipped to handle complaints effectively.

The hotel was so untidy and dirty that it appeared to be abandoned by management. There was no Wifi in the room, no blackout curtains. None of the staff spoke English and there were no house rules written in English anywhere. At the end of our stay we were handed a bill for eggs and coffee served at breakfast although no one informed us of extra charges at the beginning of our stay. When we complained, an English speaking manager appeared who blamed us for not asking if eggs were extra.

The hotel was seductive with its elegance and comfort. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, comfortable beds and modern amenities were what made our stay luxurious. Additionally, the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff made us feel at home. Delicious food and attentive service in his restaurant will be among our unforgettable memories. We came for two days and stayed for two more days because we liked it so much. It was an excellent experience both in terms of facility and service. There are different accommodation options at the facility. If you wish, you can stay in normal rooms or apartment-style rooms with a washing machine and all other necessary equipment, in rooms with a balcony or in villa-type places with a private pool. In terms of hygiene, the rooms are perfect. Especially the Receptionist Ms. Büşra and the young friends of the Kafterya/Restaurant staff are incredibly caring and polite people. We owe a debt of gratitude to all of them. The breakfast included in the room price is quite sufficient and prepared carefully. As a criticism, although Alaçatı is expensive, dinner prices at the hotel can be made more affordable for those staying at the hotel. I think that with such a change, people staying at the hotel will not eat out and the hotel's income will increase. Thank you again to all involved.
