Truly amazing staff at this lovely hotel. So warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in to every time we walked past the front desk, there was always someone with a smile wishing us a nice time. Fantastic location also. The room while not the fanciest was plenty for what we needed and great value given location and the hospitality. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that could take lessons in hospitality from the team at the Beresford. Big thank you to all the staff and keep it up, it makes all the difference to your guests!

Great location, close to bus, train and luas to help get around the city. We had 2 rooms - 308 & 309. Both spotless. Our room was 309 & the mattress could do with replacement - it was a small double & the room could accommodate a king bed which would be so much better. The floors are also quite soft & squeaky so you can hear everyone moving around. The bathroom was spacious & clean with a shower over the bath. There was no bottled water in the room which was a small inconvenience. Staff were very friendly & I liked how the hotel was secure - the front door was locked when we came back late at night with staff checking off each resident by name & room number upon entering. They appear to be painting the main common areas at reception & all corridors on level 3 could do with the same. For the price we paid - £125 on a Monday in January - it was very reasonable. The location & price were ideal but unless they upgraded their beds I wouldn’t be rushing to stay again.

Nice hotel at a very good location in Dublin town. The room was cosy and well arranged. The service was good as well. The only thing I missed was kettle and a coffee in the room, but not a big deal. Overall very good value for the money.

We stayed at Beresford Hotel for just one night for a short trip to Dublin, the location was perfect with a coach station and tram stop to all ideal locations within 100yds of the hotel entrance. The hotel was well presented, the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel was no more than a 10 minute walk to city centre, and just a 15 minute tram journey away from the Guinness Storehouse which is worth visiting! Would definitely stay here again if return to Dublin.

Perfect location - city centre in the walking distance but also plenty of bus/tram stops around the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Good-sized rooms with a large bathroom. However, train track right next to our window made a lot of noise, even in the middle of the night. Also, A/C was out of order - it wouldn't bother us to be honest, but I think nobody expected the weather to be that hot, so having it in working order would make our stay more comfortable. To sum up - it is a great hotel if you are visiting Dublin for a couple of days.
